Located on the contiguous grounds of the prestigious Yucatan Country Club and the Anahuac University Campus in Merida, Yucatan, a new sector of businesses, offices, hotel, hospital, and other equipment services was designed in combination with several residential and housing clusters. The urban design is complemented by intensely tree-lined avenues based on tropical vegetation, pedestrian walkways, and a bike path.
The main feature of the residential clusters is based on a sequence of street-plazas and small tree-lined and landscaped squares that give the complexes an intimacy and human scale that is not typical in these types of developments.
