Located on Avenida Insurgentes Sur, the building takes into account urban considerations such as commercial uses on the ground floor to activate pedestrian life; respect for residential neighbors through green and recessed facades; pedestrian access to the building from the corner and its relationship to the urban environment; the elliptical floor plan allows for perspectives of thinning the building in dynamic views from Avenida Insurgentes Sur. Cantilevers and sunshades help save energy by protecting the facades from sunlight. The building includes its own water treatment plant located in the basement, where water is recycled, and electric light sensors are located throughout the building. The interior sculpture was designed by Brad Howe.
